PROJECTS

Livingroom Remodeling & Painting Project

In this project, we transformed a large bedroom into a clean, refreshed, and elegant space.
The room had uneven walls, cracks, and aged paint. We started by preparing all surfaces — filling holes, repairing imperfections, and applying a smooth skim coat where needed.

After surface preparation, we primed and painted both the walls and ceiling, creating a bright and uniform finish.
To complete the look, we installed new crown molding around the entire room, caulked and painted it to match the walls.

The result is a perfectly finished room with clean lines, smooth surfaces, and a premium, professional appearance that complements the home’s overall style.

Deck and Railing Removal

We carefully dismantled the existing deck and railings to provide full access for safe tree removal from the ground up. All debris and old materials were cleared from the site, leaving the area ready for the next stage of landscaping and reconstruction.

Stair Handrail Installation

We installed a new solid wood handrail, custom-cut, sanded, and stained to match the interior finish. The handrail adds both safety and elegance to the staircase, blending seamlessly with the existing trim and wall color. A simple detail that makes a big visual difference.

Concrete Steps and Walkway Power Washing & Sealing

For this project, we performed a complete power washing and sealing of the front concrete walkway and steps. The concrete had accumulated dirt, algae, and weather stains over time. After a deep cleaning with high pressure, all buildup and discoloration were removed, fully restoring the original look of the surface.
Once the concrete was clean and dry, we applied a high-quality silane/siloxane sealer to protect it from moisture absorption, cracking, and future staining. This treatment helps extend the lifespan of the concrete while enhancing its natural color and creating a clean, fresh appearance.
The result — a bright, sealed, and weather-resistant walkway that adds both beauty and durability to the property’s entrance.

Front Door Trim Restoration

The project included full restoration of the front entry door trim.
All damaged and peeling wood sections were carefully removed and replaced with new brick moulding boards.
All joints and seams were sealed using high-quality Loctite Pro Window & Door Sealant and additional exterior-grade caulking to ensure long-term weather protection.
After installation, the new trim was sanded, primed, and painted in white exterior paint (Behr Ultra Pure White) for a clean and durable finish.
The old doorbell and mailbox were replaced with new, client-provided units.
All work areas were cleaned upon completion, leaving a neat and refreshed appearance for the home’s entryway.

Ceiling Repair and Restoration – Bathroom Project

During this project, we repaired a damaged ceiling section in a bathroom. The work included cutting out the affected drywall area, securing new framing support where needed, and installing a new drywall patch to seamlessly blend with the existing ceiling. After taping, mudding, and sanding multiple layers for a smooth finish, the surface was primed and painted to match the surrounding dark color.
The result is a perfectly restored ceiling with no visible transitions — clean, even, and professionally finished, restoring both the look and integrity of the space.

Kitchen Remodeling Project

This kitchen remodeling project completely transformed the space from outdated and water-damaged to clean, bright, and functional.
We started with a full demolition of the old cabinets, countertop, and ceiling that had been damaged by a leak.
After inspecting and reinforcing the ceiling joists, we installed new drywall, finished and painted the ceiling, and added recessed lighting for a modern touch.

A custom-built floor-to-ceiling closet was added on the left side of the kitchen, providing extra storage and style, complete with a shelf and hanging rod.
We also relocated an electrical outlet to the new closet wall, added two open kitchen shelves on brackets, and installed two new lower cabinets with a brand-new countertop and sink cut-out.

The walls and trims were prepped, patched, and painted for a smooth finish.
New laminate flooring, baseboards, and crown molding completed the transformation.
Finally, we repaired the entry subfloor and door frame that had been damaged by water, sealed and painted everything, leaving the kitchen looking refreshed and professionally finished.

Scope highlights:
• Ceiling demolition and drywall installation
• Framing and drywall for custom closet
• Outlet relocation and shelving installation
• Cabinet and countertop installation
• Subfloor and entry door repair
• Painting of walls, trims, and door
• Laminate flooring and crown molding installation

The result is a bright, modern, and durable kitchen that blends style with practicality — completely rebuilt with attention to every detail.

Wall A/C Unit Installation

We replaced an old window-mounted A/C unit with a new through-the-wall system for a cleaner, more permanent setup. The wall opening was custom-framed, insulated, and trimmed for a tight, professional fit. The result is a neat, efficient cooling solution that improves both comfort and appearance.

Horizontal Wood Fence Installation

We built a new horizontal-style privacy fence using pressure-treated lumber, giving this backyard a modern, clean look and complete privacy. The posts were set in concrete for strength and durability, and every board was precisely leveled for a seamless finish. This project transformed the yard into a comfortable, private outdoor space that perfectly complements the home’s architecture.

Second floor remodeling

Full renovation of the second floor, including new drywall on walls and ceilings, patching, priming, and painting. We leveled the subfloor and installed new laminate flooring, replaced windows and interior doors, added crown molding, baseboards, and trim throughout. Wall panels were upgraded, and every detail was finished with clean lines and smooth caulk work. A complete transformation — fresh, solid, and ready to live in.

Full Interior Wall Construction with Door, Trim & Painting

We built a complete interior partition wall to divide an open space into two functional areas. The new wall measured 32 feet long and 8–10 feet high, framed with 2x4 studs spaced 16” on center, and included a standard doorway framed and finished on-site.

Chimney Repair & Crown Rebuild

We restored a severely damaged chimney crown that had multiple cracks and signs of water intrusion.
Our team removed all loose concrete, rebuilt the crown using Quikrete Crack-Resistant Concrete Mix, shaped a proper slope for drainage, and applied a silane/siloxane waterproof sealer to ensure long-term protection.
The result is a clean, durable, and weather-resistant finish that will protect the structure for many years.

Holiday Roofline Lighting Installation

We installed professional-grade LED lighting along the roofline, highlighting the home’s architecture and adding a festive, elegant glow. The lights were mounted with precision for a clean, balanced look that shines beautifully at night. A perfect seasonal upgrade that enhances both curb appeal and holiday spirit.

Front Stair Replacement

We replaced the old, deteriorated stair treads with new pressure-treated boards, restoring both safety and appearance of the entryway. The new steps provide a solid, even surface and will last for years with proper maintenance. This upgrade refreshed the entire front entrance and improved the home’s curb appeal.

Balcony Restoration & Railing Replacement

Complete restoration of a second-floor wooden balcony.
We replaced damaged floorboards with new pressure-treated lumber, installed new pre-assembled 6-foot wooden rail sections, repaired the base of structural columns using wood filler, and finished everything with a high-quality exterior paint to match the existing roof color.
The project included full surface preparation, priming, and detailed finishing for long-term protection and a clean, updated look.
Scope of work:
Removal of old decking and railings
Installation of new pressure-treated deck boards (5/4×6×12 ft)
Replacement of railing system with pre-built 6 ft sections
Repair and sealing of column bases
Exterior priming and painting

Stair Tread and Support Replacement

This job involved not just a simple board swap but structural reinforcement to ensure long-term safety and durability. The new treads and supports were custom-fitted and leveled to match existing geometry, and special attention was given to rotted areas at the base of the stairs. Cross-bracing and additional screw anchoring were used to enhance the strength of the bottom section.
